AUTUMN IN THE GARDEN GET TOGETHER
SLOW FOOD KIDS WORKSHOP
Special day with a great turnout at Noosa Community Garden with a Family Workshop organised by Slow Food Noosa and Noosa Parks Association Friday Environment Forum featuring chef Josh Smallwood from Noosa Cartel.
A tour of the garden, picking herbs, explaining our worm farm and composting was followed by taste testing the freshly made pesto. It was great to see so many children and parents getting involved with our community organisations and having lots of fun along the way.
ART IN THE GARDEN 
Members of Noosa Community Garden were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful afternoon with Rick Matear Artist who was kind enough to share his knowledge and techniques, drawing botanicals. We thoroughly enjoyed the session, thank you for your time Rick Matear.
Our Christmas Celebrations
Members enjoyed a wonderful end of year celebration with the Christmas party being held in the garden on the 13 December. While the heat meant that we started a little later than planned at least the rain stayed away. After an great effort by many members, our gardens looked fabulous and our shelter was turned into a festive outdoor dining room.
There was no shortage of fun, fabulous food, beverages and laughter on this hot afternoon in the garden as members new and old enjoyed each others company and it was pleasing to see lots of members partners enjoying the garden as well.
